Glitter fills are what you use to create animated effects like the one on the header graphic you see above. Use these to create your own glitter effects on your own work. If you use these fills on someone elses graphics, please get prior authorization to do so. I give anyone permission to use my graphics as a base to do glitter graphics as long as it's just for personal use. You may NOT use them as comment generators for public use. I'll be doing that myself and don't want to be competing with other companies using my own copyrighted work. Thank you!
